October is about to end and our seasonal appointment with the YEU Winter General Assembly is coming!
As you could remember from the previous newsmail, this year the Winter GA will be held on December 1st and 2nd, in Brussels, Belgium.
Since 2020, YEU has been planning 2 General Assemblies in a year: the winter one, held in November/December, and the summer one, in June; to better address YEU and it’s partners priorities and needs, as well as establish a shared management strategy of the network and its activities for the next months.
Furthermore, the General Assembly is also a golden occasion for exploring potential collaborations and keeping in contact with our amazing family.
During this winter GA, Member Organizations and their delegates will be called to discuss YEU Report, Work plan proposals, budget and other key documents which will be introduced by the YEU Administrative Office for amendments.
This time, official delegates will be hosted at the Bruegel Hostel, a Youth Hostel in the heart of the city center from where they will also easily enjoy Brussels tourist attractions.
We have already sent all the detailed logistical information and everything is almost ready!
