GreenIN Youth: A New Project Approved!

We are delighted to announce that GreenIN Youth –  Inclusive Outdoor Learning for Sustainable Youth Development has been approved under Erasmus+ Key Action 2 – Partnerships for Cooperation – Cooperation Partnerships in the field of Youth!

YEU will be coordinating the team of six organisations from Norway, Germany, Greece, North Macedonia and Montenegro for a period of two years! Together, organisations will cooperate to make outdoor learning more inclusive, accessible and relevant for young people with fewer opportunities.

This project brings an intersectional approach to outdoor learning and youth work, by combining questions of inclusion, sustainability, and digital tools, to build a truly accessible pathway for every young person.

During the project, 60 youth workers and 120 young people will be involved in pilot activities, designed to strengthen soft skills such as problem-solving, civic engagement, and environmental responsibility.

This project specifically aims to give the opportunity to youth from marginalized backgrounds to engage in outdoor, non-formal education activities, known to be useful for personal and skills development.

We are looking forward to starting this new and exciting project!
