WTSB – The dissemination event and the evaluation meeting

WTSB: The dissemination event and the evaluation meeting have just been completed in Brussels

This week, on the 27th and 28th of April, YEU and its partners completed two highly productive events – the dissemination event and the evaluation meeting of the project “Working Together to Stop Bullying” (WTSB). As many of you might know, the project was developed in order to address the needs of young people and relevant stakeholders in confronting bullying behaviour. The aim of the project is to create a comprehensive approach for addressing the issue of bullying in the educational system in the partner countries: Portugal, Belgium, North Macedonia and Armenia based on European best practices, which through the project have been adapted to the different local contexts.

The partners gathered for two days to discuss the implementation of the project and look back on what has been achieved. Moreover, we disseminated the results of the project’s outputs including a report analysis and an interactive online platform. A great variety of stakeholders with an interest in youth development, civic engagement, youth work/education, non-formal learning and other relevant fields related to the topic of ‘bullying’ as a broader social issue were present. During the event, the final version of the online web platform was launched in order to reach different audiences, stakeholders and actors at a European level.

The evaluation meeting, which is the project’s final meeting, was held with the representatives of each partner organisation and followed the dissemination event. It was a great opportunity to evaluate and examine the impact of the project results with particular attention on monitoring and evaluation indicators, preparing a multiplier event, discussing its dissemination strategy and possible follow-up activities and much more.

Lastly, on behalf of YEU and partners, we would like to show our appreciation to all who were present in the dissemination event, the evaluation meeting and to our members and participants for their unique contribution during the events!

Stick around, there is more to come!
